ORDER PROCESSING

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

At TaurusMonk, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, with our business days being Monday to Friday.

REFUND POLICY

• If your order is not shipped within 7 days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. An order is considered shipped once a tracking ID is provided via email from one of our logistics partners.
• If your order is not delivered within 15 days of purchase, you may also request a full refund. However, in the event of a dispute, if the company is able to provide a legal "Proof of Delivery" from our logistics partners, the company is indemnified from any claims for non-delivery.
• Delivery of your order typically takes 7-10 business days.
• Please note that COD shipping fees are non-refundable.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.
